The calendar below shows every class we are running this week, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Recovery Deep Stretch. Pick a date on the left, choose a time slot, and the panel on the right will show the class type, the instructor leading it, and how many spots are still open.
If you already hold a class pack or an unlimited monthly pass, your booking deducts from your balance automatically. If you are new, you can choose a single drop-in or one of our 3, 8, 10, 12, 20 or 30-class packs at checkout. Packs are shared across every class type, so you are free to mix a Reformer session on Monday with Barre on Wednesday and Yoga on Saturday.
We are a women-only studio and every level is welcome, from a first-ever Reformer class to advanced practice. If a slot is full, join the waitlist and we will message you the moment a place opens. Watch this page for open days too, including our annual International Yoga Day session.
