Payment & Refund Policy – 306 Pilates
1. Payment Terms
• We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency).
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure all sessions, packages, and memberships.
• A payment confirmation will be sent to the provided email address within approximately 12 hours of successful payment.
2. Refund Policy
• All memberships and class packages are personal, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
• Refunds are generally not provided once a package has been activated or a session has been attended.
• Any applicable bank processing fees or administrative charges may be deducted from the refunded amount in accordance with UAE merchant practices.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid being charged.
• Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
4. Governing Law
• Any dispute or claim arising in connection with our website or studio services shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
