What to expect in this class

Walk into our Dubai studio and you will find a calm, women-only space with two rooms purpose-built for the work: a Reformer room with sprung carriages, and a Mat and Yoga room for floor-based sessions. Our instructors will meet you where you are, whether this is your first Reformer Pilates class or your hundredth Barre flow.

Every session is paced so you can follow the cues, feel the muscle engaging, and ask questions without holding up the room.

  • Small groups so we can correct alignment and adjust load.
  • Modifications offered for every exercise, every level.
  • Single drop-ins, 3 to 30 class packs, or unlimited monthly passes.

Arrive ten minutes early, bring grip socks if you have them, and let us know about any injuries at the front desk.
